LUMA Energy confirmed that power outages affecting roughly 12,000 customers in Caguas and Bayamón municipalities were fully restored by 7 a.m. on Wednesday. The company attributed the disruptions to equipment failure at a transmission substation and said crews worked through the night to make repairs.
