Police officers from the Missing Persons Division of the Criminal Investigations Corps (CIC) in Carolina are searching for a missing minor, Nylesor Jeyris Olmo Delgado, 15, who disappeared on September 20, 2026, from the grounds of the Nuestra Señora de Covadonga public housing complex in Trujillo Alto. She was reported missing by her mother, Carmen Zuleyka Delgado Tapia. The teen is described as Black, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 100 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair, a scar on her nose, and a mark on her face.
At the time of her disappearance she wore a cream-colored hooded jacket with a red bear on the back, joggers, and black Crocs-style sandals. According to her mother, the girl boarded a gold-colored Mitsubishi Outlander during the early morning hours, and her whereabouts have been unknown since.
