Para enmendar la Ley Núm. 107-2020 denominada “Código Municipal de Puerto Rico”, según enmendada en su artículo 3.012 y la Ley Núm. 129-2020 denominada “Ley de Condominios de Puerto Rico”, según enmendada en su artículo 60 a los fines de establecer que los adquirientes involuntarios serán responsables por las deudas de mantenimiento durante el periodo de doce (12) meses anteriores al momento de adquirir la propiedad.
