Para enmendar el Artículo 4 de la Ley Núm. 91-2024, conocida como “Ley para la Recolección y Cosecha de lluvia en Puerto Rico”, a fin de disponer la obligación de las agencias gubernamentales concernidas de informar a la ciudadanía sobre la concientización y valor colectivo de la instalación de sistemas residenciales sustentables para la de captación y tratamiento del agua de lluvia, conforme al establecimiento de planes de diseño y procesos regulatorios de salubridad; y la identificación de fondos estatales y federales disponibles para el otorgamiento de incentivos o financiamiento de dichos sistemas en edificaciones públicas y privadas.
