Prioritize Medical Care for Minors

This bill amends a law to prioritize medical care for minors who need to be evaluated. They will be treated first at hospitals or healthcare facilities.

Para enmendar el Artículo 35 de la Ley 57-2023, según enmendada, conocida como “Ley para Prevención del Maltrato, Preservación de la Unidad Familiar y para la Seguridad, Bienestar y Protección de los Menores”, a los fines de disponer que los menores a ser evaluados médicamente serán atendidos prioritariamente por los hospitales o instalaciones de servicios de salud; y para otros fines relacionados.
