Amend Article 56 of the 2019 General Services Administration Law
This bill amends Article 56 of the 2019 General Services Administration Law to modify requirements for Associated Members of the Board of Auction Reviewers; and for other related purposes.
“Para enmendar el Artículo 56 de la Ley 73-2019, según enmendada, conocida como “Ley de la Administración de Servicios Generales para la Centralización de las Compras del Gobierno de Puerto Rico de 2019”, a los fines de modificar los requisitos de los miembros asociados de la Junta Revisora de Subastas; y para otros fines relacionados.”
