Para enmendar la Ley Núm. 45 de 18 de abril de 1935, según enmendada, conocida como la “Ley del Sistema de Compensaciones por Accidentes del Trabajo”, a los fines de aumentar de doce mil dólares ($12,000) a veinte mil dólares ($20,000) el límite máximo agregado de compensación por incapacidad parcial permanente; disponer expresamente que los honorarios de abogado fijados por la Comisión Industrial o por un tribunal, conforme al Artículo 33 de dicha Ley, son una obligación independiente, con cargo al Fondo del Seguro del Estado, y no estarán sujetos, reducidos, denegados ni condicionados por el límite máximo de compensación por incapacidad parcial permanente; requerir la interpretación armoniosa de los reglamentos aplicables; y para otros fines relacionados.
