Para enmendar los articulos 3, 4 y 5 de la Ley 74-2017, según enmendada, conocida como "Ley de Capacitación del Personal de Supervisión en el Servicio Público", con el propósito de añadir la legislación aplicable a los derechos y beneficios de las personas con impedimentos, como parte de las capacitaciones a las que tienen que ser expuestos los funcionarios con responsabilidades de supervisión de personal en las agencias, municipios y entidades gubemamentales; establecer que, corresponderá a la Defensoria de las Personas con Impedimentos, ofrecer dichas capacitaciones, adiestramientos y horas contacto; y para otros fines relacionados.
