Para enmendar el Artículo 1.04 de la Ley 85-2018, según enmendada, conocida como “Ley de Reforma Educativa de Puerto Rico”, a los fines de disponer para que el Secretario del Departamento de Educación implante un denominado “Protocolo de Intervención Interdisciplinaria para Estudiantes con Patrones Crónicos de Ausencia”, el cual se activará al surgir anomalías o inconsistencias en la asistencia de los estudiantes de las escuelas públicas; establecer los mecanismos de alarma para la activación del grupo interdisciplinario aquí instituido; crear un programa de apoyo y seguimiento para los menores intervenidos; derogar la Ley 37-2014; y para otros fines relacionados.
