Protect Lawyer Work Product

This bill protects drafts of expert reports and lawyer-expert communications from being disclosed. It does this by applying the doctrine of work product to these documents.

Para enmendar el sub-inciso 1 del inciso (c) de la Regla 23.1 de las Reglas de Procedimiento Civil de 2009, según enmendadas, a los fines de establecer que los borradores de los informes preparados por las personas peritas, así como las comunicaciones entre el abogado y la persona perita estén protegidos por la doctrina del producto del trabajo (work product) del abogado.
