The V2A Foundation, an initiative of V2A Consulting, has launched the seventh edition of its WeServe Fellows summer internship program, with a record 286 applications received. The program, directed at university students from Puerto Rico and the United States, provides strategic consulting experiences for non-profit organizations in Puerto Rico at no cost.

The Class of 2026 has 12 selected students from 12 universities, including the University of Puerto Rico, Yale University, and Boston University. Graciela Salcedo, president of the V2A Foundation, highlighted the program's goal of bridging the gap between non-profit organizations and private sector resources.

The program includes training in strategic consulting, data analysis, and project management, and the students will work directly with four participating organizations: Casa KAI, Casa Protegida Julia de Burgos, Albergue Olímpico de Puerto Rico, and Fundación Atención Atención. Each organization will receive the same level of analysis and methodology as V2A's private sector clients.
