Andrea Rivera, the host of 'En la mañana' on TeleOnce, never planned to be a TV figure, model, or beauty pageant contestant. As a child, she was shy and focused on her studies and sports. However, over time, she began to pursue opportunities that led her to appear on television.
Rivera shared that she was a timid child who never felt the need to stand out, but during her adolescence, she started to develop an interest in fashion and makeup. She began modeling after someone suggested she could be good at it, and she enjoyed it. Rivera studied physical education at the University of Puerto Rico in Bayamón, where she played volleyball and was awarded a scholarship.
At 17, she started working in the media while studying and playing sports. Recently, in March, she participated in the Ironman 70.3 Puerto Rico triathlon as part of a relay team with Carlos Tolentino and Joel Nieves.
