A couple was threatened by four armed men at their residence in the El Recreo residential complex in San Germán. The incident occurred at approximately 11:50 p.m. when the four individuals, carrying firearms, arrived at the entrance of the couple's home and pointed their guns at them in a threatening manner.
The couple's four minor children were present during the incident. The woman managed to close the door, and the suspects then fired several shots in front of the residence.
They also caused significant damage to a 2010 Mazda 3 vehicle. The case is being investigated by Sergeant Evelyn Nazario of the Mayagüez Criminal Investigations Corps, and Agent Nieves of the Technical Services Division processed the scene.
