Armed Robbery Occurs in Toa Baja Residential Area

This morning, two armed individuals committed a home robbery in the Villa Marisol urbanization of the Sabana Seca neighborhood in Toa Baja. The 34-year-old victim was about to leave his residence in his Toyota 4Runner when he was surprised by two assailants who arrived in a gray Toyota Tacoma.

One of the assailants was armed with a rifle and the other with a pistol, and they threatened and intimidated the victim, ordering him to get out of his vehicle. The victim and his wife were then forced to enter their home while the assailants took personal documents, $300 in cash, a Techno Marine watch, and a 'Glock' model 19X cream-colored pistol, for which the victim has a license.

The two men escaped in the Toyota Tacoma with the stolen items. Agent Luis Vázquez, assigned to the Levittown precinct, conducted a preliminary investigation and referred the case to the CIC in Bayamón.
