A 30-year-old man, Solomón Raheem Anderson II, was arrested by the Police for his alleged involvement in a murder that occurred on November 22, 2022, at Hugo's Sport Bar in Carolina. Anderson II is accused of killing Miguel A. Reyes Canales, also 30 years old, in a shooting incident. The arrest was made possible by the collaboration of the Fajardo Arrests and Intelligence Division, and the order was executed by Agent Bethzali A.
Tirado Santiago under the supervision of Sergeant Omar Cuevas Rivera. The investigation revealed that Anderson II, along with José L. Pereira Bañola, allegedly shot the victim multiple times, resulting in his death. The police are still searching for Pereira Bañola, who also has an arrest warrant for his involvement in the crime.
The arrest of Anderson II comes after a four-year investigation, during which time the suspects were called in for interviews but failed to appear. The case was delayed until sufficient evidence was gathered and the prosecutor authorized the filing of charges.
