Updated Jul 7, 2026 · via El Nuevo Día

The Carolina Prosecutor's Office has determined that no criminal charges will be filed against José Fernando Cosculluela Suárez, known as Cosculluela, in relation to a recovered Porsche Panamera. The decision was made after evaluating a complaint related to the vehicle, which was recovered by police in Humacao.

The complaint was filed on Friday at the Trujillo Alto police station, with the plaintiff alleging that they had given Cosculluela the keys to the 2010 Porsche Panamera S4S for safekeeping while they traveled to Florida, but upon returning, they could not locate the artist or the vehicle. After reviewing the information and available evidence, the Prosecutor's Office concluded that the elements of a crime required by law were not present, and therefore, no charges will be filed.

The case was handled by prosecutor Natalia Santiago Naranjo, who consulted with the Police Department after the vehicle was recovered at the Palmas del Mar complex in Humacao.
