The Cuerpo de Investigaciones Criminales (CIC) in Bayamón is seeking the public's help in locating 14-year-old Noel Soler, who disappeared on July 4 from his residence in the Río Plantation urbanization. According to the Police, Noel's father, Javier Soler, reported that his son left his room around 9:00 p.m. on July 4, despite being grounded, and abandoned his home on a bicycle.
Noel, born in Philadelphia, is described as having a white complexion, black hair, weighing around 100 pounds, and standing 5′3″ tall. His clothing at the time of disappearance is unknown.
