Jersey City-based Lotto.com has launched in Puerto Rico, marking its first expansion outside the continental U.S. and its first predominantly Spanish-speaking market. The platform lets residents order entries via mobile device or computer for games including Powerball, Power Play, Double Play, Loto Cash with Multiplicador, Revancha X2, and daily games Pega 2, Pega 3, and Pega 4. Thomas Metzger, president and CEO of Lotto.com Inc., called the expansion "an exciting chapter" for the company.

Lotto.com said Puerto Rico's lottery market generated nearly $500 million in sales during fiscal 2025, and that more than 1,000 winning tickets have been processed through the platform since launch, with nearly 90% of customers returning after their first order. Proceeds from Puerto Rico's Lotería Electrónica fund public programs including education, health initiatives, municipal infrastructure, the Catastrophic Illness Fund, the Puerto Rico Olympic Committee, the Albergue Olímpico, youth sports development, and housing assistance for low-income older adults; the Lotería Electrónica has contributed over $4 billion to such programs since its creation. Winners of prizes under $1,200 receive funds directly in their Lotto.com account, while the company assists with claims above that amount.

Lotto.com now operates in Puerto Rico and 11 U.S. states, with more than 4 million customers, and plans further expansion.
