Updated Jul 11, 2026 · via El Nuevo Día

Antonio Ralat, a 29-year-old guard, has returned to the Baloncesto Superior Nacional (BSN) after a three-season absence, during which he played for the national 3x3 program. In the 2026 season, Ralat averaged 10.1 points, 2.2 assists, and 2.1 rebounds per game, with a 46.6% three-point shooting percentage. This is a significant improvement from his last BSN season in 2022, where he averaged 1.5 points, 0.7 rebounds, and 0.5 assists.

Ralat credits the 3x3 program for his development, stating that it helped him demonstrate his abilities and improve his game. He is not the only player to have benefited from the 3x3 program, as others such as Ángel Matías, Tjader Fernández, Gilberto Clavell, and Josué Erazo have also seen improvements in their game after competing in 3x3. Ralat has won several medals, including gold in the 2018 Central American and Caribbean Games and the 2023 FIBA 3x3 AmeriCup, and silver in the 2019 Pan American Games.

He believes that the 3x3 program is beneficial for players, teaching them defense, pick and roll, and how to create their own shots.
