Municipal police officer Jafet A. Ocaña filed a complaint for intimidation against Jonathan R. Rosario Ortiz, known as 'Gallo the Producer', after an altercation at the intersection of Rufino and Del Cristo streets in Old San Juan.
The incident occurred around 6:00 p.m. on Sunday while police were conducting traffic control due to the large number of vehicles in the area. According to the complaint, Rosario Ortiz, who was driving a white Toyota Tacoma, got out of his vehicle and insulted Officer Ocaña with profanity, shouting intimidatingly and hostilely. The San Juan Municipal Police have initiated an administrative investigation into the incident.
This is not the first time Rosario Ortiz has been involved in a controversy, as on July 1, Judge Brenda Salas found cause for trial in absentia against him for the crime of aggression against musician Edwin Isaac Marrero, also known as Mondongo, during a live broadcast of the podcast 'El Regugio' on Molusco TV.
