Eliab I. Rodríguez Castro, a 36-year-old man from Naranjito, was arrested and jailed at the Bayamón Correctional Complex after failing to post a $50,000 bond. He faces charges of threatening to harm his 75-year-old mother and 67-year-old aunt.
According to the police report, the incident occurred on July 12, but the circumstances of the threats were not disclosed. The case was investigated by Agent Carlos Soto, who consulted with Prosecutor Josué Padilla, leading to the filing of charges. The arrest warrant was issued by Judge Juan Portell and executed by Agent Xiomara Méndez.
Rodríguez Castro, also known as 'Loco', was ordered to be held without bail by Judge Miriam Stefan.
