Víctor J. Del Valle Pérez, 27, was determined to have cause for arrest by Judge Lisa M.
Durán Ortiz of the San Juan Tribunal for allegedly assaulting his ex-partner on July 12 at the Flow Miami business in Hato Rey, San Juan. According to the investigation, Del Valle Pérez punched his ex-partner on the left side of her face, causing her to lose consciousness and fall to the ground.
The victim was transported to the Centro Médico de Río Piedras. Del Valle Pérez was charged with aggravated abuse under the Domestic Violence Law 54 and was given a $200,000 bond, which he did not pay, resulting in his imprisonment at the Institution Penal 705 of the Bayamón Correctional Complex.
