Prosecutor Anamar Menéndez González filed charges against Sonhec Rosario Téxidor, 43, for mistreating and threatening an elderly person. According to the police, Rosario Téxidor threatened to kill her 69-year-old neighbor at around 2:00 pm yesterday.

The incident occurred when Rosario Téxidor went to the neighbor's residence, banging on the door and trying to force her way in, prompting the neighbor to fear for his life due to her aggressive behavior. The case was presented to Judge Arelys Ortiz Rivera of the San Juan Court of First Instance, who determined there was cause for arrest and set a $30,000 bail, which Rosario Téxidor did not pay, leading to her being booked and admitted to the Bayamón Women's Rehabilitation Complex.
