French chef David Chaymol arrived in Puerto Rico 26 years ago and has since made the island his home. With a established career in the local gastronomic industry, Chaymol attributes his decision to stay in Puerto Rico to a deep sense of belonging and affection for the country, beyond just business opportunities.
He is now introducing a new concept, C'est La Vie Lounge Bar, reaffirming his commitment to the island.
