According to the indictment filed by prosecutors Jeanette Collazo Ortiz and Richard Vance Eaton, Carrillo García used multiple identities, including 'humberthycarrillo', 'Humbert.Pueta.Gon', 'Humbert Josef Ponce de Leon', and 'AbnerRosas35974'. Between March 3 and June 27, Carrillo García allegedly made five threats, including posting images with a knife or machete, declaring he would use them against American soldiers and Jews, and calling for violence against US soldiers, Jews, and businesses.

He also advocated for placing bombs in various locations, including the White House and federal buildings in Puerto Rico.
