Carla Michelle López Arroyo, the wife of Gian Carlo Piovanetti, has requested that the Court of First Instance of San Juan halt the case against her and her husband. Popular Mezzanine Fund (PMF) has accused them of allegedly diverting millions of dollars illegally.
The lawsuit is currently pending, and López Arroyo's request aims to paralyze the proceedings.
