Olive Garden has opened its ninth restaurant in Puerto Rico, located in Fajardo, offering its signature dishes, unlimited soups and salads, customizable pastas, and a bar with local cocktails and beers. The restaurant, situated next to Plaza Fajardo, aims to serve both locals and tourists. Lizmarie Medina, Chief Marketing Officer of Grupo Colón Gerena, stated that they bring a proposal of exquisite dishes, abundance, and freshness to Fajardo.
The menu features classic dishes such as Tour of Italy, Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara, and the option to create your own pasta. With main courses, customers can enjoy soups, house salad, and breadsticks. The restaurant also offers desserts like Tiramisú and Chocolate Lasagna.
The bar extends the gastronomic experience with local cocktails and beers.
