The Puerto Rico Lottery's 'Billetazo' for Breast Cancer Awareness Month will go on sale on August 25, announced Heidi Hernández Olivo, auxiliary secretary of the Puerto Rico Lottery. The drawing will take place on October 15, offering over $6.6 million in tax-free prizes, with a top prize of $600,000.
According to Hernández Olivo, the goal is to promote prevention and early detection of breast cancer, which has affected many Puerto Rican families. The initiative is part of the Lottery's efforts to use commemorative tickets to raise awareness and support important causes.
The Billetazo can be purchased from authorized vendors and agents of the Traditional Lottery throughout Puerto Rico.
