San Juan municipal police investigated an incident in Hato Rey where a 44-year-old man was bitten by a dog while collecting trash on Guipúzcoa street. The man reported that the dog stuck its head through a fence and bit his left arm.
The dog's owner was found to have not kept the dog's vaccinations up to date and was instructed to provide proof of vaccination by September 14. The victim did not require hospitalization and is in stable condition.
Officer Ryan Álvarez handled the investigation.
