A man died after allegedly breaking into the patio of a residence in Yauco, according to the Police investigation. The incident occurred on Monday at 3:10 p.m. on Star Street in the Estancias de Yidomar urbanization. Neighbors reported that the man was jumping over fences in the area, prompting a 911 call.
When agents arrived, they spoke with the complainant, who stated that the individual entered the patio and fell to his knees, appearing to be in poor health. Emergency medical paramedics attended to the man and certified that he had no vital signs. The deceased, described as a white, bald man with a beard, wearing a black and red athletic outfit and having tattoos on both arms, has not been identified and is currently listed as 'John Doe'.
The body had lacerations on the hands and feet and was taken to the Forensic Sciences Institute (ICF) to determine the cause of death. Agent Carlos Cabán Olmeda and prosecutor Ada Torres are leading the investigation.
