A pharmacy, Farmacia Caridad, located on Avenida Américo Miranda in the Reparto Metropolitano neighborhood of Puerto Nuevo, was robbed on Tuesday afternoon, according to the Police. The complainant alleged that a man burst into the pharmacy around noon, threatening with an apparent firearm, and stole an undetermined amount of money from the cash register.
No injuries were reported. The Technical Services Division of the San Juan CIC took photos and collected evidence from the scene.
Agent Taisha Segarra, assigned to the San Juan Criminal Investigations Corps, is in charge of the investigation.
