Puerto Rican forward Leandro Antonetti continued his strong start to the season in Portugal's Primeira Liga, scoring his fourth goal in the fourth game for Estrela da Amadora. Antonetti, 23, scored in the 57th minute against Famalicão after receiving a pass from French player Bénito in the area.
He now shares second place in the race for the top scorer award with Gonçalo Paciência of Santa Clara, behind only Vangelis Pavlidis of Benfica. Despite Antonetti's effort, Estrela da Amadora drew 2-2 with Famalicão.
The team is now in ninth place with six points from four games, with one win and three draws. Antonetti also scored in a friendly match against Al-Nassr on August 1, where Estrela da Amadora won 4-2.
