Ballets de San Juan has announced the premiere of 'Ecos de libertad', a large-scale artistic production to be performed on October 23 and 24 at 8:00 p.m., and October 25 at 4:00 p.m., at the Centro de las Bellas Artes de Santurce. The piece, born in a moment when democratic values are gaining renewed relevance, features original works by five choreographers from different backgrounds, each interpreting five values: freedom, equality, democracy, justice, and the pursuit of happiness. The production brings together a top-level artistic team, including renowned artist and architect Jaime Suárez, who will be in charge of the scenery, and Orlando Carreras, who will handle lighting design.
The cast includes dancers from the Compañía de Ballets de San Juan, under the artistic direction of Adolfo De La Toba.
