The Puerto Rican League of Theatrical Improvisation (LIPIT) will present 'Impro Lucha Boricua', a unique event combining improvisational theater and wrestling, at the Centro de Bellas Artes de Santurce on October 9, 10, and 11. Inspired by the Mexican format 'Impro Lucha México', the show will feature improvisers as wrestlers, competing in creative and humorous battles, with the audience deciding the winners.
LIPIT, with over 20 years of experience promoting improvisational theater in Puerto Rico, has trained hundreds of improvisers and represented the island in international festivals. This new production promises to bring laughter, emotion, and audience participation, with no two performances being the same.
