RioBlanco Capital LLC is advancing its new luxury residential project, The Legacy, in Guaynabo, with an investment of $45 million. The project, located on the border between Garden Hills and San Patricio, will feature 44 luxury residences with prices starting at $1.2 million. According to Gabriel Jiménez, co-founder and principal of RioBlanco, the project responds to the demand for new construction in the area, which has not seen a new development in over 25 years.
The Legacy will offer amenities such as a pool, gym, and community room, as well as 24/7 security and concierge services. Each apartment will have a parking space equipped with an electric vehicle charger, and the building will have 19 visitor parking spaces and secure bike storage. The architectural design is being handled by Jota Arkitekts, with common areas and visualizations designed by Orbit Design Group.
The project is expected to cater to buyers who value the location's accessibility to the Expreso Martínez Nadal and PR-2, as well as its proximity to the Hato Rey financial district and San Patricio Plaza.
