A woman was the victim of a carjacking in the Torres de Andalucía parking lot in Río Piedras, according to the Puerto Rico Police. The incident occurred when two individuals, wearing masks and carrying firearms, approached the woman's 2005 Toyota Scion TC and, through threats and intimidation, took the vehicle.
The suspects also took a cell phone, a wallet containing personal documents, and a check for $2,350. The preliminary investigation was led by Agent Rosa from the Río Piedras Precinct, who referred the case to the Robbery Division of the San Juan Criminal Investigations Corps (CIC).
