Jennifer Colón, Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2024, is preparing for the Miss Grand International All Stars 2026 competition in Bangkok, Thailand. She stated that she learned from her past experience and will not repeat the mistake of wearing a controversial evening gown, referring to the Eclíptica design she wore during the 73rd Miss Universe pageant in Mexico City.
Colón, 38, will have more control over her preparation and wardrobe for the upcoming competition. She has chosen to work with the same team that helped her prepare for the Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2024, including Odri Rodríguez, Dennis, Arquímides González, David Acosta, and Jonah López. The designer Joshuan Aponte will create her gown for the MGI All Stars 2026 final, which is scheduled for December 12, 2026.
Colón described the gown as 'something very me, very scandalous and very different' with a lot of sparkle and spectacle, and it may be in a color such as blue, silver, gold, purple, or red.
