A group of Puerto Rican entrepreneurs, led by chef Brenda Gil Enseñat, her husband Javier Quiñones, and publicist Elizabeth Carlo, have opened Tres Palmas Boutique Hotel in Rincón, a project that aims to boost the area's tourism and economic development. The hotel features nine boutique-style rooms and a restaurant, Alma Dynamic World Cuisine, which combines Puerto Rican and international cuisine.

The project currently employs 21 people directly and generates 11 indirect jobs, all filled by Puerto Rican talent. According to Quiñones, the project aims to strengthen the region's tourism offer and contribute to local economic development, while Gil Enseñat highlights the intention to invest local capital in the tourism and gastronomy industry. Carlo emphasizes the project's accessibility to both visitors and residents, aiming to make everyone feel at home.

The hotel is located near the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve and adds to Rincón's hospitality and gastronomy offerings.
