On Friday, October 9, Centro Casas Subastas will host 'La Subasta de Propiedades’, a live auction event at the Hilton Garden Inn in Condado, San Juan, featuring over 60 houses and apartments in 26 municipalities across Puerto Rico. The portfolio includes single-family homes and apartments with varying characteristics, locations, and conditions. Belkys Pino, president of Centro Casas Subastas, invites interested parties to explore the available properties, learn about the process, and visit their preferred properties before the auction.
To participate, individuals must review the available properties, meet the applicable requirements, and complete a physical inspection of the property they are interested in.
