The Police registered 84 new separations among agents and officers, reaching 557 disaffiliations since the start of 2026. In September, 68 agents retired, adding to 393 retirements due to years of service. Three more left the agency due to mandatory retirement after reaching the maximum age, totaling 23 this year, and 13 resigned, reaching 98 resignations in nine months.
Meanwhile, the Police has around 645 cadets in the Academy, with 164 starting training last week. It is expected that before the end of the year, around 75 cadets will be certified as agents.
