The Puerto Rico Police Department’s Missing Persons Division is seeking the public’s help in locating 16-year-old Dalmari Rosado, who was last seen on September 30 in Puerto Nuevo. Rosado, a resident of Caparra Terrace, is described as 5 feet 1 inch tall, 115 pounds, with green eyes, brown hair, and a light brown complexion. She was wearing a light blue shirt, black pants, and yellow and black athletic shoes.
Rosado’s foster mother, Sonya Quiroz Ortiz, dropped her off at the Gabriela Mistral school in Puerto Nuevo, but when she went to pick her up, the teenager was gone. The police are asking anyone with information about Rosado’s whereabouts to contact their confidential line at (787) 343-2020 or the Missing Persons Coordinator’s Office at (787) 793-1234, extensions 2464 or 2463.
