Fugitive Arrested Under Law 54 During Operations in Public Housing

The Police arrested four people during early morning operations in San Juan and Carolina. Among those detained is Manuel Emilio Tejada, known as 'Domi', who was wanted since May 15, 2025, for domestic violence cases and had a bond of approximately $150,000. Javier Rivera, nicknamed 'Dree', was also arrested and would face charges related to narcotics trafficking.

According to reports, at the El Flamboyán public housing project in San Juan, the Police executed two search and seizure warrants after allegations that one of the apartments was being used for drug sales. Agents seized around 400 bags of crack, estimated to be worth $8,000 on the market, as well as other substances. The operations were carried out under Law 54.

Tejada and Rivera were among those arrested during the operations, which also resulted in the seizure of the drugs and other substances.
