Jhojan Figueroa Guerra, also known as 'Robocop', 39, was arrested and jailed after being unable to pay a $35,000 bond. He was charged with multiple crimes, including two cases of breaking and entering in Río Grande. On June 9, 2026, Figueroa Guerra allegedly broke into Jukiaos Mojitos Bar and Grill, stealing a Samsung tablet, two bottles of liquor, and cash.
Later that day, he was found at a residence in the Alturas de Río Grande neighborhood, where he threatened to cause an explosion when confronted by police. Prosecutor Daniel Feliciano presented charges, including threat, aggravated breaking and entering, and obstruction of justice. Judge Michelle Pérez Maldonado determined there was probable cause for arrest and set the bond.
Figueroa Guerra remains at the Bayamón Correctional Institution. Agent Keyla M. Cepeda Pizarro of the Fajardo Criminal Investigation Corps led the investigation.
