More than 250 cyclists participated in the 21st Ciclo Vida Tour, organized by the Puerto Rico Breast Cancer Fighters Foundation, to promote early detection and awareness of breast cancer. The event started at the Naguabo Malecón and took participants through the towns of Humacao, Las Piedras, Juncos, and Gurabo, before returning to Naguabo. The tour was accompanied by a 5K run the day before, with over 100 participants, also organized by the foundation.
Both events aimed to support the foundation’s mission to educate and raise funds for breast cancer patients, providing psychological and economic assistance. The foundation’s main goal is to inform and create awareness about the detection process, and the funds raised will go towards supporting patients who request help.
