Puerto Rico’s men’s national basketball team will play in the fifth FIBA window at the Coliseo Rubén Rodríguez in Bayamón in November, facing a challenging road to qualify for the 2027 FIBA World Cup with a current 2-6 record. The team has four games left and needs to win all of them, including upcoming matches against Panama on November 26 and Uruguay on November 29 in Bayamón.
This will be the first time since 2017 that the team plays a home game outside of the Coliseo Roberto Clemente in San Juan, with the Puerto Rico Basketball Federation choosing Bayamón’s Coliseo Rubén Rodríguez, also known as the 'Rancho Vaquero', due to its rich sports history and the town’s passionate fan base. Tickets for the November 29 game will go on sale Thursday, October 15, at 10:00 AM through PR Ticket.
The team will play two more home games in the sixth window, between February and March 2027.
