In Puerto Rico, the Miss Universe Organization has started the popular voting period for the 75th edition of the Miss Universe pageant, which will be held on November 24 at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico José Miguel Agrelot. Fans can vote for their favorite candidates, including Puerto Rico’s representative Jennifer Barreto, through the official website missuniverseorg.com/vote.
The candidate with the most votes will automatically qualify for the semifinal stage. Jennifer Barreto aims to achieve Puerto Rico’s ninth consecutive classification in the international competition and win the sixth universal crown. The voting period marks the beginning of the Crown Season, which will include visits, rehearsals, and recordings by the delegates in different parts of the country, culminating in the Competencia de Trajes Típicos on November 21 and the Competencia Preliminar on November 22, both at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico.
Ronald Day, CEO of Miss Universe Organization, expressed his desire for fans to be an active part of this historic celebration and support their favorite candidates from anywhere in the world.
