In Puerto Rico, political analyst Jay Fonseca discussed with journalist Yennifer Álvarez on the show Los Datos Son Los Datos a recent El Nuevo Día interview with Valerie Rodríguez Erazo, former secretary of the Department of Consumer Affairs (DACO). In that interview, Rodríguez Erazo spoke about her government connections, her time as secretary, and her political aspirations for 2028, in which she did not rule out a possible candidacy.
Fonseca and Álvarez presented information on contracts linked to her family and what they described as the truth behind her statements. Fonseca questioned that the former secretary criticized contracts belonging to other people, such as those of Politank, when her family has also received important agreements.
