A man driving an all-terrain vehicle (four-track) died in the early hours of Monday, October 26, after allegedly losing control of the vehicle and falling onto the pavement on Pimentel Street in Río Grande. According to the preliminary investigation, the man was riding a Yamaha Raptor 700 four-track when he allegedly lost control of it.
The impact killed him at the scene. He has not yet been identified. Agent Juan Vizcarrondo Padín, assigned to the Highway Patrols Division of Fajardo, together with prosecutor José Olivo Otero, took charge of the investigation.
