Porsche Center Puerto Rico has begun remodeling its facilities on the island to adopt the global architectural concept 'Destination Porsche', which seeks to modernize the dealership and offer customers a more personalized experience. The company did not disclose the investment amount or an estimated completion date. The project includes renewed physical spaces, digital tools, interactive areas and zones dedicated to vehicle personalization, as part of Porsche’s global strategy to update its dealerships by integrating contemporary architecture, hospitality and technology.
Víctor M. Gómez III, president of Gómez Hermanos, the brand’s exclusive importer in Puerto Rico, said the remodel reaffirms the company’s long-term vision and strengthens the island’s positioning as a strategic market for the German manufacturer. Planned changes include more dynamic exhibition spaces, digital tools to explore vehicle features, platforms for customers to configure their cars with specialized advice, lounge zones and more open areas for interaction between clients and sales staff.
Orlando Pérez, general sales manager of Porsche Center Puerto Rico, said the new space will align with the brand’s global standards. Juan Carlos Ledesma, brand director, described the concept as part of the company’s evolution in strategic markets. The service areas will also be redesigned to improve efficiency.
Sales and service will continue during construction from temporary installations next to the original building.
