The Carraízo reservoir continued its downward trend, with the latest reading showing a drop of 6 centimeters to 37.57 meters, following a previous decline of 5 centimeters to 37.52 meters. Both readings place the reservoir in the "ajustes" band, still above the control line, with current estimates suggesting between roughly 9.5 and 10.4 days of water at the present pace of decline.
In municipal finance news, San Juan closed its first bond issuance in more than a decade, completing a $122 million general obligation bond issue.
